第一封信：
Why limite my account? 为何冻结我的账户？
English Version:
I just added a address in my address list. Then my account was limited. You are really trouble makers! I have send a email to complain the issue but no response. I response to the security of my acount, not you! Please unlimited as soon as possilbe!
中文版：
我仅仅增加了一个送货地址，账户就被冻结了。你们实在是自作多情，蠢不可及。账户的安全应当由所有者负责，不用你们多管闲事。请尽快恢复我的账户！
一封信过去，有效，对方回信了：
我们已经收到了您发送的邮件，感谢您的配合。
但是很抱歉，目前您的账户访问限制还不能取消，我们仍需要得到更多有关您的账户的信息：
***为了尽快解决您的帐户限制, 建议您一并完成以下步骤。***
1.请您提供一份当前的地址证明，例如公共事业费用（水、电、煤、电话等）。该账单上所显示的姓名和地址必须与您的PayPal账户中记录的完全相同。(XX，XX男子专修学院XX公寓XXX室 哈尔滨 黑龙江 150001 China)
如果您无法提供水电煤帐单，您可以提供信用卡或者银行帐户的帐单来代替。请注意该账单上所显示的姓名、地址和账号必须与您的PayPal账户中记录的完全相同。
另外，手机帐单/保险单/医药单或者发票/学费凭证/税单或者其他正式的文件都可以作为您的地址证明。
您可以将所需信息上传或传真给我们。请访问调解中心并点击“取消限制操作步骤”下面的“解决” ，然后选择您要提供资料的方式（上传或传真）。

第二封信：
I can not supply any address proof. 我无法提供地址证明。
English Version:
I just received the mail from you. But your request is impossible for me. The address is a room in a dormitory. China is not America or Germany. The address is not important issue for anyone. It is hardly fo find any offical files inclued the address. Moreover, when I live in the room, No bill has been received by me and I do not care about that. Now I have left there to a new place. And I do not have any bills also. I can not satisfy the mindless request. If you really want it, please close my account at once and send a mail to inform me.
中文版：
在中国地址根本不重要，都是本人去相应单位缴费，根本没什么账单，写着地址和账号的更是天方夜谭。而且这是一个寝室的地址，根本没有任何共用事业费，也没用其他账单投递到这里。何况我现在已经搬迁了。我无法满足你们这种愚蠢的要求，如果你们一定要这样，请把尽快我的账户关闭，电邮通知我一声就行了。
意犹未尽，又写了一封信催：
I have no patients with you!我对你们已经失去耐心了!
English Version:
I have send you a email to point out that your requirment is foolish. I have a lot things to do and I need response. I do not think that I am rude because all the troubles are caused by you. I do not want to send mails time after time. But when I click the link to phone you, the error occured and the sevice is unavailable. Your activity is out of my patients! Please unlimit my accout or close it!
中文版：
我已经多次发给你们邮件，由于你们的电话服务说明链接在点击的时候一直出错，我只有这种方法与你们沟通。我无法理解你们愚蠢的要求，而且我在上封邮件中已经指出了我无法满足这种要求的原因。我还有很多事情要做，你们制造了麻烦，就应该及时回应，我的耐心是有限度的！或者恢复我的账户，或者关闭它！
不过还是给了他们一点面子，拍了一张很久以前的寝室费收据传了上去。
顺便同时发一封信继续骂：

Because your mistake, my normal transactions became impossible. I have lose a lot due to your illogical activity. But you have no reasonable explanations except a piece of bureaucratic reply. So before I receive your responsible answer, I will send the same mail everyday. It is the only way which I can do to protect my legitimate rights.
中文版：
我已经多次发给你们邮件，由于你们不和逻辑的无事生非，我的正常交易无法进行，已经遭受了很多损失，而你们却没有任何负责任的回应。所以在我收到合理的回应之前，我将每天发送相同的邮件进行投诉。我认为这是目前能够维护我合法权益的唯一方法。
对方迅速回信：
我们已经收到了您发送的收据，感谢您的配合。但是这并不是官方的有效证件，我们不能接受。
但是很抱歉，目前您的账户访问限制还不能取消，我们仍需要得到更多有关您的账户的信息：

1.传真或上传带有您本人照片的证件（身份证、驾驶证、护照等都属于有效证件）。请尽可能放大此副本并保持清晰。
2.请您提供一份当前的地址证明，例如公共事业费用（水、电、煤、电话等）帐单或者银行帐单、信用卡帐单、税单等。该账单上所显示的姓名和地址必须与您的PayPal账户中记录的完全相同。您也可以提供信用卡近期的月对账单。该账单上所显示的姓名、地址和账号必须与您的PayPal账户中记录的完全相同。
您可以将所需信息上传或传真给我们。请访问调解中心并点击“取消限制操作步骤”下面的“解决” ，然后选择您要提供资料的方式（上传或传真）。
真是出离愤怒，最后破口大骂：

I have received your second email. It makes me disappointed and angry. You want the invoice of some public sevice and I have given it to you. The uploaded files are part of the contract and invoice of the dorm management sevices including the rubish collection, elevator repairment and so on. It is the only available proof which contains my address. It is a legal commercial file. But your answer is really ridiculous. What is offical certification? Do you think the water or telephone company is a department of government?
I have told you the reason that your requirment is mindless. Now I repeat it again. The bills of most public services do not includes the address of user. Moreover, China is not US or Germany. My home address is not usable for the post. So I do not require any company to send any bill to this address. The checkage and transactions of these sevices are made on the counter or online. I can not supply any other bills to satisfy you.
I tolerate your foolishness for the last time. I have uploaded a copy of my identity card. Because of my migration, the registered address is not the one I living in. You should verify it based on the circumstance in China. If you still make troubles as before, I will have enough evidences to conclude that your do not have the minimum sincerity or you are real idoits. After I receive your answer, I will not response your requirment any more. If you do not unlimit my account, I will protect my legitimate rights in these ways:
1. Send the same mail every hour to charge your offense until the account is closed.
2. Post this event on most famous forum to expose your brutal and idiotic action.

我收到了你们的来信，你们的要求荒谬可笑，不值一驳。住宿费收据是物业服务的账单，它只是商业合同，不是官方证明。但难道水电煤气公司是政府机构？他们的账单就能成为官方证明？我再重复一遍我不能提供这些东西的原因，中国大部分公共服务的收据上根本没写用户地址，而且寝室这种地址邮局不送信，我也根本不要求各个公司向我寄送账单，这些费用我都是在柜台或网上缴纳的。你们愚蠢无礼的行为只能说明或者你们缺乏最起码的诚意，或者你们是一群白痴！
但出于善意，我最后忍耐一次，我已经上传了我的身份证。由于我的迁居，身份证上的地址与我现在居住的地址不同。我希望你们能够考虑中国国情，实事求是的解决问题。如果你们还拒绝解冻帐户，我在收到答复后将采取下列措施维护我的合法权益：
1. 每小时发送相同的信件控诉你们的恶行，直到帐户解冻或关闭为止。
2. 在中国各大论坛发帖，揭露你们无聊、无礼、无知、无耻的行为。
第二天一早，帐户解冻，历时接近一周。
